The REDEF Nepal is a non-profit member based organization established with the vision of contributing to create a society based on social justice where all people could enjoy a dignified life being free from all forms of social and structural discrimination, established in 2005 in Biratnagar, Morang. The organization is led by the youth Dalit leadership from its establishment and rigorously working on the areas of Dalit Human Rights. The organization has made significant contributions to bring positive change in the area of Dalit human rights through the various activities such as creating awareness, lobby and advocacy since the establishment of the organization. The organization has carried-out its activities all over the province one.

Continue campaign utilizing local resources to promote accountability among responsible stakeholders for socioeconomic empowerment of communities those who are compelled to live in marginalization.

The goal of organization is to create enabling environment for mainstreaming communities living in marginalization within nation and at international level.
