1. Name of Project  :Advocacy for Increasing Accountability of provincial and local government for Dalit Rights in Province-1

• Name of Client/ Donor Agencies: Open Society Foundation
• Project Sector:  Make Accountable to Provincial and local Government
• Objectives of the Project: To monitor the process of policy formulation, planning and budgeting of the provincial and local government from the dalit prospective, identify the gaps and provide necessary practical recommendations to the state authorities on dalit issues.
• Scopes of the Project: To make the provincial and local government accountable to formulate plans, policies, programs  and allocate resources to ensure Dalit rights   .
• Outputs of the Project:  The Provicial and local government will be sensitized and start at least few initiatives in implementing existing constitutional and legal policies , form necessary new policies and programs to address the concerns of Dalit Community.
• Time Period : Sept 2019 to Sept 2021

2. Name of Project:  People’s Empowerment Project, Morang District

• Name of Client/ Donor Agencies: Action Aid Nepal Eastern Resource Centre
• Project Sector: Elimination of caste based discrimination
• Objectives of the Project: To empower Dalit right holders to claim their rights as provisioned by the State from grassroots to the national level.
• Scopes of the Project: Ensure right holders’ access and control over the productive resources and meaningful participation in decision making process in the local GOs and I/NGOs.
• Outputs of the Project:Execution of Caste Discrimination Watchdog Centre and capacity building of the Centre members through trainings, orientations, interactions, discussions and dialogues on human rights, local policies and practices and discriminatory sociocultural practices through human rights based approach at the community level.
• Time Period: 2011 – 2016

3. Name of Project:  Dalit non Dalit hand to hand Project, Jante, Letang, Dadarbairiya and Budhanagar, Morang District

• Project Sector: Education for Dalit children
• Objectives of the Project: To assess and enhance Dalit inclusion in education sector
• Scopes of the Project:Enrolment and completion of formal grades to ensure effective implementation of free basic, quality education to women and Dalit focused provisions.
• Outputs of the Project: Materialized Dalit Inclusion in Education- Two Years Strategy Paper developed by DEO Morang under the facilitation of REDEF Nepal, Increased Dalit teachers and students at school, Initiated Dalit friendly school, Enhanced representation of Dalit on school management committee & parent teacher association.
• Time Period: 2010 – 2015

4. Name of Project:  Leadership Capacity Development Project, Morang District

• Project Sector: Elimination of Caste based Discrimination
• Objectives of the Project: To eliminate caste based discrimination
• Scopes of the Project:  leadership and capacity building trainings and  interactions with community leaders at local level 
• Outputs of the Project: Developed common understand among community and Dalit leaders about Dalit rights, Molded Dalit rights advocacy network at VDC level, Increased Dalit representation and leadership at local level. 
• Time Period: 2014 – 2015

5. Name of Project:  Non Formal education Program, Jhorahat VDC Morang district

• Name of Client/ Donor Agencies: DEO Morang
• Project Sector: Literacy Campaign
• Objectives of the Project: To create literacy  environment by providing non formal education to illiterate people
• Scopes of the Project: Stakeholders orientation, facilitator trainings and trainings and non-formal classes supervision 
• Outputs of the Project:816 female and 119 male received books and education material and got literate.
• Time Period: 2014 – 2015

6. Name of Project:  Improvement of traditional Profession, Biratnagar, Morang District

• Name of Client/ Donor Agencies: Morang District Sports Council
• Project Sector: Dalit Empowerment
• Objectives of the Project: To protect and empower traditional profession
• Scopes of the Project: Exhibition and training along with material support for protection and empowerment of traditional profession for people from all community.
• Outputs of the Project: Trained and supported 42 traditional profession practitioners
• Time Period: 2010 – 2011
